Accountability, adaptability and forward thinking describe mainly my personal leadership imperative. Through different experiences in multinational company I've developped and acquired many skills and competencies in people management, project management, system implementation and techninal expertise.
Direct and coordinate all plant activities. Ensure production efficiency, product quality, health, safety and environment standards are met. Ensure cost effective utilization of assets (human resources, equipment, materials, and building). Establish policies, evaluate process flows, and determine job activities for all functions within the plant direction. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. 2006 - 2008I've joined the company to replace the plant manager who should be retired beginning 2008. In fact, I have to make full handover with im in one year and build the new plant structure and organisation according the new company requirement and strategy.
2002 - 2006I was in charge of four departments:
Business development : Intercompany Commercialisation, Manufacturing mid term strategy, New Product engineering, KRAFT Business Unit support
Engineering: Plant maintenance, Capex Program preparation and investment implementation.
CIP: Continuous Improvement Process,
PCP - Product Change management :Morocco BU project coordination and development in the CS/L organization
1999 - 2002Manage the maintenance team of water treatment ( DIwater, Waste water treatment...). Ensure the lines efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Manage the facilities projects and Layout ( Factory building, New production line installation,...)
Plant construction and building ( 17 ha, production area 28000 sqm) in one year, ( 1999-2000)
