With around 10 years experience in international environment (from local Marketing in Morocco to north African market with the same expertise, to reach as last step ME markets ), I Believe understanding in depth the dynamics of Marketing in different countries: from consumer behavior to Building business strategies, from Brand point of view to distribution categorization. I experience how to adapt my self to new cultures and to different business cases.
My experience, combined to a strong motivation & determination helped me developed & define long term planning, and act along with the different teams I had the chance to work with…., combined with a strong understand and capacities in the operational and tactic activities.
Via the use of an in depth knowledge in markets’ dynamics through consumer orientated marketing approach, combined to the different experiences I had to lead in sales/distribution. I would like to enlarge further my scope of responsibilities either in the future Business Marketing role and business development.
- Build business development strategy & vision for the country, leveraging brands portfolio (the laughing cow, Kiri, Regal picon) positioning, extension, Range
- Leverage the group near and middle east strategies for core brands taking local insights in consideration
- Implement and manage the yearly marketing and trade plans, timing and action plans
- Coach the distributor and his in sales strategies & sales organization development : redesign local sales & trade strategies fundamentals
- Insure profitability objectives by being part of the management board : Impacting industrial investment strategy
