I have to manage more than 50 resources skill’s improvement to match the area projects needs, improve their assignment to the projects, control costs and assure the projects piloting mode.
2008 - 2009Responsible of the overall interface with our Local FAD/IPD customer operational organization.
I have to pull the project in order to ensure the right execution of the contract.

• Drive overall field & logistics activities;
• Set-up the weekly field operation planning;
• Supervise and control field realization, by directly managing operational teams;
• Follow-up and control the operational time spending;
• Track the operations' overturn, and value the corresponding over-costs;

• Ensure the site interface with the customer’s representatives.
• Detect and determine any claim opportunity.
• Managing a team of 8 engineers.
Achievements:
• For Maroc Telecom, Morocco:
- xDSL Network management System software migration form AWS 7.1.0 to AWS 7.2.1,
- Design and installation of the new AWS Data Communication Network,
- DSL network (ISAMs) migration from 2.4/2.5 to 3.4.3 version.
- Deployment of 40 DSLAMs.
2005 - 2008Alcatel Network Management products Installation, commissioning, testing, and Technical Assistance and support for PLMN, PSTN and NGN networks domains.
Achievements:
• Two years in Alcatel-lucent United Arab Emirates for ITISALAT Corp. :
- Installation, commissioning, tests and Technical Assistance of 3 redundant PSTN Network Management Centers (NMC),
- Installation, commissioning, tests and Technical Assistance of the fixed NGN Network Management Centers (NMC) and 2 billing servers (A1330 servers), in Sharjah,
- Upgrading the Abu Dhabi training NMC,
- Technical support for PLMN NMC (OMCCS) et NMC1.
• GHANA TELECOM, in Ghana:
- Installation, commissioning, tests and Technical Assistance a Network QoS solution (unimanager), to manage both PLMN and GPRS Quality of Service.
• GETESA/ORANGE, in Equatorial Guinea:

Responsible for the Trouble Ticketing application (TT), managing the Network alarms tickets, the Work-orders tickets and problems-solutions tickets.
