2008 - 2011 PMO:
• Train and assist project managers on PM methodology, processes, templates and best practices, help PMs to improve their respective customer satisfaction indices.
• Follow-up of the Production Unit’s KPIs (Cost, schedule and quality), analyse data and help issue and track the preventive and corrective actions.
Project Management :
• Management of four main Telecom Projects, activities include :
• Staffing and Resource levelling.
• Schedule planning, budgeting and staffing for the different transverse entities (Analysis, Conception & Development, Test and Integration)

2007 - 2008Held the position of QA Project Manager leading a team of several engineers in charge of testing a major Telco oriented Information System. In charge of planning test standards and procedures, performing audits, test and control the delivered components and software modules, and make sure they comply with quality standards and baseline. Tasks are summarized as follows:
• Define the scope/perimeter to be tested and establish the test strategies of the different change requests issued by the customer, Contribute in the preparation and execution of the test campaigns.
• Estimate needed resources, schedule and budget according to estimation methods in place.
• Manage the project teams both in Morocco, France and Vietnam (Staffing, Task assignment, Resource levelling, Performance tracking and follow-up, Time difference management)
• Monitor and control the projects : attend steering comities, issue dashboards, and track relevant performance metrics
• Manage the identified risks and track the actions
• Produce deliverables (Test strategy, Dashboards, Scorecards, Test Plans, Test assessments)
2004 - 2007In charge of providing the functional and technical support on an Integrated Information System for fixed telephony and Internet for Telecom Companies. The system spans different modules (CRM, Billing, Accounting, Networks and Faults), tasks consisted of the following:
• Track and follow-up of the different bugs and anomalies in the system reported by the customer, dispatch and track their correction by the R&D team, testing, patching and versioning on testing and on production environments.
• Issue document specifications regarding the new functional requirements issued by the customer.
• Hold regular meetings with different stakeholders in the customer’s premises, plan for solutions, and ensure the follow-up of the planned actions and tasks.
• Report and escalate the different activities to the hierarchy.
2003 - 2004Tasks consisted in assessing, analyzing, and conveying the needs in terms of software and Information Systems, based on the requirements of the different departments.
In charge of installing, administrating and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure: (Operating Systems, Software and hardware, Network monitoring, Antivirus, Backup strategy, e-mail and Group policy management)

2001 - 2003Participated in the conception, development, test and integration of several projects in JAVA/J2EE including:
• A web based system application for ILEM, a subsidiary of the Swiss retail distributor MIGROS. This application enables the stock management, inventories, and the follow up of the items life cycle.
