    2009 - 2013 My mission was to rebuild a complete new logistics service, providing to our customers the best service quality level and help Oxylane to develop production and distribution in Maghreb area.
    My Strategy was focused on Customers Business. By analyzing the business needs, i developed a strategy built on 3 axis, LeadTime, Cost and Service. We reach an amazing results and have been rewarded 2 years on the row as the best logistics provider in the Group.
    With this success, i take the lead to build a logistics service in Tunisia and help the Group to organize the production in Egypt. I’m actually managing 5 millions € of budget and 15 people (3 in Tunisia and 12 in Morocco).

  • P&G - Production Leader

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2007 - 2009 2 and half year at P&G helped me to acquire the basics of supply chain management. Ensure the 100% Case Fill Rate was my daily challenge. Managing functionnaly a team at age of 21 develped my HR skills and management. I succed in several projects as the launch of new Pampers formula in 2007, Planning automation in liquids and also the Categorization of P&G (Customs procedures) helping to generate more than 3 millions $/ per year saving.
