The name is Jalal Chtioui, pursued studies, complementary courses and a career in Los Angeles – San Jose, California. USA (1999-2009).
I earned my living in the Banking Financial Services / Real estate Sales business.
I now settled back as of July 2009 in Morocco.
My first work experience dates back in 1999, in the High Tech/Semiconductor sector with Ericsson, Inc, Morgan Hill California. then joined the Financial Services and Real Estate Sales Business, Where I've acquired profound and diverse experiences in the field such:
Management of 32 Financial Sales agents and the agency`s portfolio, coordination of seminars, Developing compensation packages such as bonuses and overwrites.
Underwriting home loan guidelines (Prime& SubPrime), Refinance/Cash out.
Asset & Investment management: Multi Real Estate Portfolio Servicing, origination of Cash flow,
Debt, Asset and equity settlement: Negotiations of Mortgage Backed Securities and delinquent loan packages, Asset liquidation and Debt restructuration.
As Jan of 2010, I joined the RMAWATANYA as I broker sales account manager part of the corporate risk management division.
