    Lyon 2016 - maintenant Manage and lead Bayer Consumer Health business in Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) with full P&L responsibility. Develop, prepare and excute the appropriate CH Business Strategy to ensure the sustainable growth of the Consumer Health Division and maximise potential of Bayer CH brands.
    Responsible for Profit and Loss of the CH Division as well as market
    share in Maghreb. Develop and implement CH Commercial and Marketing Plans. Incorporate
    these in to annual Budget and 3 year Operating Plans. Execute the sameto achieve annual sales / profitability targets and market shares.
    Monitor and control the attainment of these targets and initiate operational and strategic measures to further improve the business.
    Propose and proactively execute necessary actions to protect CH business interests in case of deviations and threats from the external environment.
    Provide leadership and direction to develop a high performance culture in the organization.
    Ensure implementation of Bayer Marketing Excellence guidelines and act as the Marketing Excellence Champion on a local basis.
    Identify and develop high potential people, in line with Bayer guidance, to take over the key responsibilities in the local organization and for key positions globally. Build a succession plan for the local organization.
    Analyze and exploit market opportunities in the Consumer Health
    sector and develop market entry strategies and co-operations whenever in line with the CH Strategic Direction and financial objectives.
    Responsible for ensuring that all activities within CH are compliant with country legal requirements and Bayer Corporate requirements.
    Contribute to the overall business strategies of Bayer HealthCare and
    Bayer Corporate in Maghreb. Actively participate and drive key
    initiatives as a member of the country council Management Team.
    Lead Sales and Operations planning process and partner with Product
    Supply to manage Forecast, Inventory and Service levels.

  • Bayer - European Activation Manager

    Lyon 2015 - 2016 The Role of the Regional Manager Customer Excellence is to drive the implementation of the Customer Excellence Program Blueprint (in line with the Head of Customer Excellence - HCE) across European Consumer Care Sales & Trade Marketing organizations.

    He is a local process expert, to guide countries through assessment and reapplication / correct implementation of the BCC Customer Excellence program, acts as a local consultant.

    Supports helps & coaches local sales & trade leaders in the implementation of the blueprint, acts as blueprint expert. The local (regional) support for countries implementing Customer Excellence supporting local organisations in the implementation of Customer Excellence.

    Lead countries assessment (in association with GPL) to evaluate & define priorities for country activation & agrees priorities with local CDH.

    Leads, coordinates and defines multi country enablers and facilitates cross cultural learning.

    Considers different country dynamics such as different development stages and complex channel structures, when reapplying best practice.
