  2013 - 2016 --> Contributing to the start-up of the Delphi Morroco III plant in Kenitra
  
  * Ensure the transfer of the FIAT 199 Punto project from the Delphi Packard Tangier plant to Delphi Packard Kenitra.
  * Coordinate the tasks of a multidisciplinary team to achieve QVC (Quality, Volume & Cost) objectives for the FIAT199 Punto, Alfa Romeo Multiair Engine & Volvo EUCD projects.
  * Develop flow chart.
  * Define the process and method according to the principles of the lean manufacturing system.
  * Pilot PFMEA meetings and ensure the follow-up of the implementation of the action plans generated.
  * Contribute to the development of control plans.
  * Manage continuous improvement actions in accordance with the Kaizen Manufacturing System (KMS) guidelines.
  * Establishing the specifications and quantifying the investments.
  * Plan the activities in line with the client program (mastery of the different stages of the APQP).
  * Ensure the implementation of engineering changes based on the principles of risk management.
  * Contribution to the establishment of quality analyzes following the 8D approach.
  * Preparation, validation and presentation to the client of the various elements of PPAP
  
  --> Project VOLVO SPA CLUSTER 90:
  
  * Ensure the different stages of development of the VOLVO SPA project in preplanning phase: Definition of working methods and technical means of production.
  
  * Coordinate the tasks of a multidisciplinary team to achieve QVC (Quality, Volume and Cost) objectives for the VOLVO SPA project in serial phases.
