    2013 - maintenant CONTEXT: Following results obtained on EHS & Facilities, expatriation mission extended to restructure and perform 2013 ramp up of a central manufacturing workshop supplying all manufacturing line: Central Plating.
    In the meantime, to follow up robustness development on Facilities Systems, and sustainable EHS culture & performances
    OBJECTIVES & ACHIEVEMENTS :
    1. Lead the drive for continuous improvement on the central plating workshop with respect to quality, yield, UPH, productivity, cycle-time, and manufacturing discipline
    2. Daily commit of production volume for each internal customer
    3. Define an optimized configuration of plating machines loading, for each shift, to be able to meet Production Plan target for all products and group of the site
    4. Assure total customer satisfaction through excellence and continuous improvement of environment, quality, service and cost.
    RESULTS :
    1. Plating production :
    a. 2 engineers hired in maintenance & process (replacing technicians in place) to implement continuous improvement on equipment reliability & process stability
    b. Ramp up : production increased by 75% in 3 quarters & plan to reach 125% in 1 year by end Q4/13
    c. Productivity (unit produced per direct employee) : increased by 81% in 1 year
    2. EHS : Culture implemented
    a. Safety objectives deployed for 100% of managers on site, and integrated in annual performance incentive
    b. Industrial prime indexed @20% on safety results (RC & SR, OSHA standard) for operators & technicians
    c. Safety indicators improved by 50%
    d. Main EHS programs deployed & implemented :
    - EHS Audit system management rebuilt (100%) : Safety switches / Operational audit / Hazard hunting / Chemicals risks audit / Top management manufacturing lines safety audit
    - RC & FA : Recordable Case & First Aid analysis (100%) : monitored, reported to each manufacturing management root cause analyzed, adapted action plan, action plan deployment challenged weekly
    - EHS Training Program (76%) :to award people on risk situation and the gestures in the workplace
    - JHA : Job Hazard Analysis (60%) : To identify or reassess any hazard for employee related to any activity in his workplace
    - PPE : Personal Protective Equipment use (90%) : Adapt PPE to JHA, provide them, and assess weekly their wearing
    - CRA : Chemicals Risk Assessment : list chemicals used, analyses their phrases in MSDS, rank exposure, proceed to risk ranking, and implement waivers for non-compliante chemicals
    - EPRP : Emergency preparedness and Response Planning (80%) : Identify, equip, and train firefighting team to intervene on emergency situations
    - Equipment Safety compliance (30%) : Audit & improve continuously Safety compliance on production tools according to French decret 93-40
    - RTW : Return To Work : To propose to our employee an adapted job to decrease their rest period
    - Air & Water wastes. Retrofit of the biological station  wastes compliant with regulation
    - Certification obtained : OHSAS, ISO14001, EMAS, ISO14064, HPR, ERM, EICC
    3. Facilities Management:
    a. Performance : ITP : Interruption to Production : improvement by 50% vs. 2012 : 3M$ injected on robustness CAPEX and 150k$ injected monthly on OPEX

    2008 - 2009 CONTEXT: In charge of the implementation of a global synergy between the French sites : Rousset Crolles Tours
    ACHIEVEMENTS :
    1. Construction of a France framework agreement for the purchase of the natural gas: budget = 1.1M€
    2. Implementation of a national UPS batteries tender bid: budget = 6.8M€
    3. Implementation legal facilities for French sites electrical energy pricing : TRTAM : budget = 27M€
    4. Steering national Energy Saving Programs : technical and financial validation, investments requirement, execution follow up, consolidation of energetic & financial savings
    5. Facilities & administrative Management of the wind farm Opoul-Périllos: 6x 1.9MW
    6. Internal Communication and external, national and corporate
    RESULTS :
    1. Put in competition of 6 suppliers: 5 % earnings by adjustment of the projections of consumptions, but purchase in $150 / brent just before the rough fall at $35
    2. Rationalization of the technical needs / commercial competition between suppliers : saving = 1.36M€ / 20 %
    3. TRTAM deployment : saving = 2.5M€ from April 07 to July 2010
    4. " 2008 Energy Saving Program ": zero € investment & saving up to 2M€ : Capex request, program implementation follow up / consolidation of the savings generated
    5. Opoul-Périllos: production in compliance with the budgeted volume / Corrective maintenance cost lower than budged

    2003 - 2007 CONTEXT & MISSION :
    - Leader for operation maintenance &projects for electrical & natural gas networks.
    - Provide energy to the manufacturing 24h a day / 365 days a year without any interruption
    ACHIEVEMENTS :
    1. Project management for electricity for the second ramp up investment phase
    2. Leadership for the first industrial shut down authorized since the starting up of the factory in 1998 Piloting of the only technical stop(ruling) of 11 hours(am).
    3. Management of the electrical systems and electricity networks: operation, maintenance, legal conformity
    4. Piloting of the main service contracts: EDF / Schneider / MGE (annual commercial negotiations of contracts, organization and coordination of the operations)
    5. Optimization of the robustness of the systems (tools 8D / FMEA / RPN)
    6. In charge of the development of the renewable energy programs
    RESULTS :
    1. Technical specifications / tender bid / project management : HV&LV network development / 15 MGE UPS of 600kVA installed / Schneider Variators Speed Drves : in production on time and according technical & financial specifications : no delay for the internal customer
    2. Preparation of the shutdown in the 5 weeks / shutdown all manufacturing tools forbidden (reconfiguration of networks and implementations of temporary braces) / maintenance in 11 hours (for 16 announced) of 188 Masterpact + 16 TGBT. Mobilization of 45 technicians Schneider coming from all the Schneider agencies in France
    3. 2 ITP (temporary Interruption of Process) in 4 years of continuous operation. Certification OHSAS / ISO 14001
    4. MGE: financial saving of 17 % in 2006 merging of the French contracts in a France framework agreement
    5. Replacement of the main electrical cables of the factory in partnership with EDF (22MW / 150 k€): none disturbance
    6. Obtaining of subsidies bound to the photovoltaic projects competition organized by ADEME & Regional authorities (Conseil Régional)

    2000 - 2003 CONTEXT & MISSION : Starting up of a new test workshop called EWS / Management of 5 teams of production (30 operators and 8 technicians)
    ACHIEVEMENTS :
    - Starting up, ramp up, coordination of the production operations
    - Process of recruitment, management, training, empowerment & annual evaluation of the young teams.
    RESULTS :
    - Full production capacity of the workshop reached after 18 months
    - Training of the operators on quality and maintenance tasks: TPP / TPM
