    Implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in the production line BK5
    Mission:
    - establishment of a system dedicated to the analysis and identification of loss in terms of quality and performance available in production resource
    Development of autonomous maintenance (5S checklist, Chart TPM activity, Audits).
    - Update maintenance plans for critical equipment (crusher, separator, and elevator) in the line of crushing BK5 based on the MBF approach.
    - Contribution to the improvement and maintenance the quality of cement based on DMAIC approach.
    - Planning and organizing a training system animated in internal hierarchy of factory.

  • SARATCO - Internship

    2013 - 2013 Subject:
    Conception of a business game for production management based on MRP2(Manufacturing Resources Planning).

  • SIOF FEZ - Internship

    2013 - 2013 Subject:
    Design and simulation of a hydraulic system (pump, Sewer filtration).
    Mission
    - Sizing and selection of the pump, filter and supply channels.
    - Simulation of the hydraulic circuit in Automation Studio.

  • CEAC Fez - Internship final project

    2012 - 2012 Subject:
    Design the tool (Mold) of injection plastic for pieces Hood, base and the cover of the electric meter with CATIA V5.
    Mission:
    - Examination the specifications of design and requirements for the assigned work.
    - Preparation of 3D models and drawings details and schedules.
    - Construction of the three main side for the design the tools of injection .
    - Design the injection tool and the accessories with CATIA Mold Tooling Design.
