    En résumé

    During my experience as the continuous improvement pilot I have gone through many challenges. Being the leader of multifunctional teams is certainly one of the biggest challenges. However, with moderation and good communication skills I managed to create positive synergy among the team members. Specialized in the development of quality assurance systems and improvement of process quality control (handling defects, quality checks, work compliance control, etc.), I led the implementation of many improvement projects which had positive impacts on our quality PKI. The definition of clear project phases and the deployment of project management processes approach was the key of success. I also gathered a solid experience as the lead auditor of Sumitomo Wiring Systems norms and standards and an internal auditor of ISO TS 16494. My mission took another dimension when I was appointed as internal auditor of the Environment Management System According to ISO 14001. I am also the window person of SWS Standards and contact person with headquarters in Germany and Japan. As a fluent English speaker I could fulfill this mission successfully.
