    I'm in charge of Business Development / Key Account Direction in Morocco and Sub Saharan Africa, direct reporting to the CEO

    Key Account Management
    - Managing the relationship with key clients in Telecommunications, Insurance, and Mail delivery
    - Ensuring contractual commitments and SLAs are respected by operations
    - Monitoring P&L results and ensuring profitability and account development
    - Coordinating the launch of new activities

    African Business Development
    - Studied new geographical markets and potential labour pools in Sub-Saharan Africa
    - Built strategic vision for African development including financial modelling and business plan
    - Set up a new commercial offer based on African locations
    - Built commercial proposals to prospects and existing clients based on African locations
    - Opened new subsidiaries in Africa (Senegal and Ivory Coast) – budget 2 M€: company creation and legal, local partnerships, site prospection, coordination of site set up including technical aspects, recruitment, training and launch of operations

    Development of Insurance BPO services
    - Developed new BPO service offers targeting insurance companies
    - Built commercial proposals for prospects, set up business plan and pricing
    - Negotiated business contracts and managed the launch of new platforms in Morocco
