Plan and performs technical activities to service the Telecom customer and manage , core network , solutions implementation and Integration and be the primary technical interface to Customer throughout implementation phase ,Responsible for network investigate work,replying to questions, problem tracing, resolve system problem , Manage System acceptance testing in order to obtain customer acceptance , Set up project integration process with Network Planning, Site Engineering and Customer , customer relationship management during delivery phase , reporting of project status to the organisation , cooredination , Operations and Maintenance activates in addition to troubleshooting and fault handling.
2005 - 2010Summary:
* Plan and performs IN/VAS/IP Telecom technical activities and Platform integration to service the customer and manage, Core network , Services ,solutions implementation :
IN: Intelligent Network Platform for Prepaid/Charging Mobile service (SUN/HP System), Alcatel-Lucent: Soft solution.
VAS: application service (IVR/Media/SMSC/VMS/MMS, SUN/HP System), Alcatel-Lucent: Soft solution.
* Primary technical interface to Customer throughout implementation phase .
* Set up project integration process with Network Planning , Site Engineering and Customer .
* Customer relationship management during delivery phase ,
* Reporting of project status front-office/Back-office.
* Responsible for network investigate work, replying to questions, problem tracing, resolve system problem.
* Manage System acceptance testing in order to obtain customer acceptance.
* Operations and Maintenance activates in addition to troubleshooting and fault handling.
* Traffic monitoring & KPI analysis.
