    2011 - 2015 Mission:
    •Manage ICT team and functional test team.
    •Ensure transfer of projects from other sites to Salé plant in the best indicators.
    •Industrialization of projects planned for the site, with the division engineering team and project team;
    •Specification of new equipments and tools and monitoring of compliance and finishing of offers in accordance with the specifications;
    •Definition of software standards and test equipments and check of test equipments homologation VS auxiliary equipments;
    •Follow up of industrialization plan and implementation of projects;
    •Coordination and monitoring of orders for test platforms according to the project planning;
    •Update and alignment of equipments and product performances with technological developments;

    •Startup of the test platform of 11 projects for following customers: 5 for BMW, 1 for Renault, 2 for Mercedes, 1 for Jaguar-Land Rover, 1 for Volvo and 1 for Renault-Nissan;
    •Industrialization of test of 5 projects;
    •Leader on the "Reflash" project and test after reflash of all current projects;
    •Creation of specifications and control standards for test of all projects (started and startup);
    •Startup of Run in and climatic chamber for 3 BMW projects;
    •Implementation of rework procedures for all projects (started and startup);

  • Leoni - Bouznika - Production process manager démarrage projet Sharan

    2010 - 2011 Mission:
    • Sharan project budget monitoring and negotiation of with BU in case of new orders;
    • Calculation, monitoring and ordering project needs in terms of peripherals and equipments;
    • Monitoring the intervention of suppliers on the peripherals and equipments;
    • Implementation of an optimized layout with flow optimization;
    • Ensure the implementation of technical changes according to internal and external studies conducted by IE;

    Achievements:
    • Right drive project launching;
    • MY22/11 project realization;
    • Update of layout of options area with clear management of material and personnel flow (upgrade from the equivalent of 98 harnesses to 188 harnesses);
    • Update of layout of assembly area with clear management of material and personnel flow (upgrade from 75 harnesses to 142 harnesses);
    • Startup of second production line;
    • Application of 5 technical changes.

  • STMicroelectronics - Bouskoura - Test & finishing responsible and production coordinator

    2007 - 2010 Mission:
    • Implementation and qualification of new machines and new products;
    • Coordination of new product qualifications, platform test & card suppliers;
    • Improvement of machine yield and productivity and production efficiency;
    • Schedule of process of reliability and implementation of monitoring procedures;
    • Treatment of abnormalities on products with monitoring of production status and quality;
    • Treatment of customer returns at ST Bouskoura;
    • Management and leadership of working groups for improvement / resolution process and problems.

    Achievements:
    • Transfer of 2 products from STMicroelectronics-Muar to STMicroelectronics-Bouskoura;
    • Qualification of products dedicated to the automotive market (2 packages, more than 25 hot test programs);
    • Qualification and upgrade of new test software version for CREDENCE ASL testers;
    • Establishment of Broken Wire problem treatment for the improvement of production quality and reduction of customer returns due to assembly problems;
    • Improvement of testers connection to production server (98% of testers updated and connected) + removal of stops of the production server (usage of a new server with enhanced options).
