    It covers all of the static data relating to Fixed Income securities. When obtaining data from sources I try to ensure that I cover all of the critical & essential fields.
    * Ongoing New Issues:
    Obviously in addition to sourcing historical data it's also vitally important that I obtain information for all new government and corporate issues launched. Again, I try to ensure that all of the critical & essential fields are covered.
    * Offering documents:
    I try to obtain offering documents (i.e. prospectuses, pricing supplements and term sheets) for all corporate and government securities.

    * Ongoing collection of data from existing suppliers in place.
    * Research of additional sources for designated regions
    * Handling of client queries in a timely manner.
    * Liaison with institutions such as Lead Managers, Issuers, Central Banks and Numbering Agencies to fulfill data requests and query resolution.
    * Translation of source data, dependent on language capability
    * Research and translate missing data items and offering documents to improve the field coverage.
