Mr. Cherrhaoui has fourteen years of experience in financial management and administration, including procurement, grants and human resources management. In his previous positions Mr. Cherrhaoui managed a portfolio of eight projects in literacy, education, health and governance funded by multiple donors, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Bank, USAID, and other funders. Mr. Cherrhaoui has demonstrated exceptional competence and results in mastering client requirements and procedures, responding to the changing needs of the donor climate, and supervising a team of administration professionals. Mr. Cherrhaoui is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
