    - Manage key operational processes such as fiscal year planning (Subsidiary Business Planning Process), Mid-Year Review (MYR), Rhythm of the Business processes (ROB);

    Issy-les-Moulineaux. 2009 - 2012 - Coordinate and align Citizenship outreach and communication campaigns and programs within the country, particularly on entrepreneurship development ;
    - Facilitate key internal meetings and planning sessions ;
    - Share-within the subsidiary, in the Area, and globally-Citizenship evidence, references and best practices ;
    - Identify, prioritize and pursue opportunities for Microsoft to be recognized for program achievement in the area of Citizenship ;
