    As I launched the German and Turkish Project in Rabat (45 Resources), I'm managing the whole Workflow (From
    Recruitment to Internal Promotion).I'm Supervising Freshly Promoted Sales Manager.

    also to see if any additional training is needed

    o Communicate clear instructions to team members

    o Manage the flow of day-to-day operations Quality.

    My role was to ensure the German Projects Launch. I was responsible of Sales & Quality Results and making sure to
    bring the business to Rabat Site. (Achieved, From 6 to 45 Resources and Counting)

    -As a Training Manager, I had the opportunity to build the Training Department from Scratch, I've worked on all kinds
    of training such as certificated trainings (IT, Sales & Organizational quality Trainings), Diploma (In Collaboration with
    the International university of Rabat and Casablanca), Onboarding creation for Individual contributors as well as
    Managers, On the Job Trainings as refresh for work related trainings and all of this was in order to Help Individual
    Contributor as well as Managers to Evolve.

    -During the Second Semester after the Training Departments creation we managed to implement a LMS (E-Learning
    SKILLPORT) which helped us reaching a 95% ITILV3 Certified Employees as well as maintaining the ISO 9001
    Certification.

    -During My Last Year I had the Opportunity to implement an internship system allowing our employees whom
    interested in giving birth to their ideas and launching their own project to hire Interns in different fields (Mostly IT,
    Supply Chain, HR and Communication). We Managed the Coaching part for interns helping them during their
    integration as well as trainings if needed.
