Lean Manufacturing Engineer: implement the productions lines in U CELL. Implement a productions line that performs to the Takt time. Reduce the manufacturing: cycle time, WIP, Staff. Improve Efficiency. Improve visual management. Junior Consultant: solid experience on working directly with the customer to organise its purchasing procedures of raw materials. Optimise the physical and informational flow between the purchase agent and the suppliers. Zouhair has been trained by the SAFRAN Consulting Group in Lean Sigma “Green belt training”. Certified BSCM from APICS (USA) in Supply Chain Management Expertise. Also certified as an AIW Leader by Ogip Organisation.
