2004 - 2010- 2004 - 2005 in Marrakech: Development of the first online booking system for luxury hotels and riads in Morocco, formerly known as Maroc Selection. The platform includes a multilingual website, the intranet, extranet for hotelier, B2B platform.
I started the IT Department alone and within a year and a half, I managed a team of 12 engineers split into sub-departments.
- 2006 – 2007 in Marrakech: I contributed to the expension of the company in other countries by building a worldwide booking system along with agreements with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and I was also Manager of Morocco office (35 employees).
- 2008 in Marrakech and Barcelona: New IT infrastructure along with Management of both IT departments in Marrakech and Barcelona.
- 2009 – 2010 in Barcelona: Development of other GDS and XML feeds with affiliates using the new platform.
