2010 - 2012I manage the career of Public Servants from the entry up to the Retirment age. I also participate in the elaboration of Public Policies regarding Human Resources Management& Development in the Public Sector. I am also technical Advisor of Rwanda Human Resources Association. I advocate for the Development of HR Function through different channels. I have been also working as Civil Status and Notary Officer for 3 years in Rwamagana District-Eastern Province where I got a wide experience in dealing with different issues relating to legal acts, conflicts Resolution, coordination of Sector development programs and so on.
