    MASSY 2012 - maintenant Troubleshooting and providing technical support to Morocco Tel core network.

    Experience Summary:

    • Experience in network architecture, nodes and features, traffic cases
    • Preventive Maintenance on all Ericsson Nodes in the IAM core network
    • CSR handling, emergency handling, SMS,METIS,RSG.
    • Operation and maintenance of Core Network MSS, MGW, BSC, RNC.
    • Network development and integration.
    • Performance analysis and network optimization
    • Managed Service Operation on the customer Site (OMCS On-site assistance).
    • Monitoring of the network during all Festive days (EIDs and National Holidays...) and during
    Emergency cases.
    • Incident report preparation and presentation
    • Software Update and support
    • Integration in Ericsson Network of new Multivendor Nodes newly integrated in IAM Network.
    • Produce technical aids, guides as service documentation (Maintenance Preventive Guide,
    Network Topology Guide, BSC/RNC Guide..).
    • Working in MiPP (MSC in Pool Proxy) and MiP (MSC in Pool) configurations and
    troubleshooting.
    • Working with other Ericsson teams on projects ( Radio, Upgrades, OSS Team, IP Team..)

    Paging, Prepaid call, CAMEL,CS1+,USSD,PRBT,HO,MCA

    Boulogne Billancourt 2011 - 2011 -IP RAN Project: “'Deployment of IP-RAN solution on behalf of Maroc Telecom" ,first Part of the project (casablanca ,Tetouan and Tanger).

    Selected Contributions:
    - New site deployment from "site survey" to "integration".
    - Regional communication with the customer.

    Used HW: iManager U2000 , CX600-X8, CX600-X16, PTN910, BTS3900.

  • Nokia Siemens Networks - 2nd year engineer trainee

    ST OUEN 2010 - 2010 -Management of Drive tests ( Morocco Telecom Radio Project)
    -Development of a data management solution application for Network Planning & Optimization team .
