    Courcouronnes 2013 - 2014 In the frame of a Research and Technologies program, I have achieved activities in order to mature technologies linked to Pogo Suppressor Device for the next generation of rocket cryogenic propulsion system :

    - Project management
    * Elaboration of the technical proposal
    * Elaboration of the development logic (activities, planning, ressources, risks)
    * Progress report
    * Technical synthesis
    - Elaboration of technical specification in compliancy with upper systems requirements and ESA/CNES design rules
    - Functional design and modelisation
    - Management of mechanical design activities and reliability activities (elaboration of the statement of work, management of the choosen technical suppliers)
    - Technical synthesis and holding of the succesful Feasibility Concept Review
  • Snecma - Design engineer of cryogenic rocket engine valves for R&T programs

    Courcouronnes 2011 - 2014 I participated to Research and Technologies activities about hardware in the loop cryogenic rocket engine control simulation for the next generation of engines. In that frame, I was particularly in charge of activities linked to cryogenic valves.

    From the beginning to the Preliminary Design Review :
    - Project management
    * Elaboration of the technical proposal
    * Elaboration of the development logic (activities, planning, ressources, risks)
    * Progress report
    * Technical synthesis
    - Elaboration of valves technical specifications in compliancy with upper systems requirements and ESA/SNEC design rules
    - Functional design and modelisation of the valves
    - Management of the subcontractors performing the functionnal design of the control electronics
    - Management of mechanical design and reliability activities (elaboration of the statement of work, management of the choosen technical subcontractors)
    - Technological innovation (patent, integrated in the technological roadmap elaboration)
    - Participation to the different succesfull reviews

    From the Preliminary Design Review up to now :
    - Elaboration of the technical proposal up to completion in line with the development logic
  • Snecma - Design engineer of cryogenic rocket engine valves for Ariane 5 ME Upper stage

    Courcouronnes 2010 - 2014 I was in charge of the technical management of subcontractors developing monostable and bistable valves using solenoid actuator for the Vinci cryogenic rocket engine. I have particularly ensured the following activities since the Feasibility Concept Review to the Critical Design Review :
    - Elaboration of the Technical Specifications in compliance with upper systems requirements and ESA/CNES Design rules
    - Technical management of suppliers
    * Technical choices validation (actuator parts, tightness parts, mechanical parts, hydraulic parts...)
    * Modelisation cross check,
    * Test plans validation and test results analysis
    * Configuration management
    - Synthesis and report to the customer
    - Participation to the different succesfull reviews
  • Snecma - Thermal and fluids mechanic calculation engineer

    Courcouronnes 2010 - 2010 Improvement of aerothermic calculation methodology on cryogenic rocket engine thrust chamber :
    - Modelisation and mapping of Hm7-b engine (Engine of Ariane 5 upper stage) thrust chamber (2D axi and 3D model)
    - Realization of a sensibility studies on different parameters and comparison to tests results (viscosity law, turbulent models, size of the mapping...)
