• Airtel and Warid Consolidation Project
Two networks integration Project engineer (UMG8900, HSS9860, Msoftx3000)
• Project of national coverage in telecommunications and ict infrastructures (Delta project). HUAWEI Technologies & DGGT (Republic of Congo) Project Team, to modernize The Congo Telecom PSTN with an NGN Network, Optical Transmission Network, High Data services ( xDSL, FTTX ) and television over IP service ( IPTv) and also implementation of an 3rd Generation PLMN ”CDMA2000 1X_EV-DO”, in Republic of Congo.
Responsibilities:
* Managing Core Network and NOC team
* Implementation and monitoring of procedures for supervision, operation, maintenance
* Core Network (CS - IP - PS) Planning, Design and Integration
* Core Network Troubleshooting
* Planning and managing operating and investment budgets for Core Network & others networks nodes, circuits upgrading discussion with local and international carriers
* Establishing disaster recovery plan.
* Negotiate and Managing contracts and relationships with partners
* Planning, managing and implementation Core Network projects and Others networks nodes projects, interconnection between Congo Telecom and locals PLMN operators (MTN, Airtel, warid, Azur) and with international carriers (British Telecom, Portugal telecom, TATA, OCPT). Evaluated interconnection report basis on report from the Datacom from the Core Network and Transmission report.
* Analysis of Performance Indicators and Core network Optimization, and the increasing or reducing capacity of circuits (E1) for local’s operators for in/outbound calls, negotiating the rate as agree by MSI.
* Good Skill in PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Test )

1. SoftX3000, UMG8900, SG7000, HSS9860, SBC - Hardware installation, Software commissioning, Operation and Maintenance.
2. IMS operation and Maintenance To MTN Congo
• Maintenance: - Back office support and first interface to huawei GTAC for major tickets escalation and on-site Technical Support and trouble-shooting.
• SS7/MAP/ISUP/SCCP/Diameter, SIP configuration.
• Core Nodes Interoperability integration with others networks nodes by planning and managing interconnections

2. Participates in Vodacom Swapping project, installation Huawei DBS3900 solution, and BSC6900 for Vodacom in Kinshasa,D.R.Congo.

• BTS3900 Hardware Installation for Airtel swapping project and commissioning in D.R.Congo
Site installation supervision, dispatching materials to suppliers/subcontractors, preparing MR (Material request), PR (Purchase Request) for DELTA project Site construction and installation.
