•Serves as DCI’s consultant throughout the construction buildout of the UCC and other specific DC

•Develops and defines project plans, business rules, and installation processing plans to support the
scheduled launch dates and project milestones.
•Identify project jeopardies, milestones and project defaults utilizing variance analysis, risk management and earned value management.

•Developed and defined project plans, business rules, and system processing plans to support new
processes.
•Responsible for finding solutions to difficult business problems as well as implementing process and/or
system changes across multiple organizations and workgroups.
•Support a multi-agency joint outreach program sponsored by EMA targeting the district’s Hispanic
community.
•Manage the daily production of programs aimed to increase awareness within the Hispanic community in
the event of terrorist attacks, natural disasters and other mass emergencies.
•Provide bilingual organizational, planning and implementation support to staff of translators ensuring the
overall development and delivery of educational tools to the outreach participants.
