    Duties & Responsibilities

    * Identifying hazards and areas that will improve the work environment and promote a safe and healthy environment.
    * Conducting and developing risk assessments and safe systems of work.
    * Attend Safety meetings with management and discuss / suggest areas of improvement.

    * Work in partnership with the BG organizational management team to drive the implementation of the HSE strategy, policies, standards and procedures across the relevant division to ensure right first time approach.
    * Ensure all investigations are carried out comprehensively and in a balanced manner with a view to continual improvement. Evaluate incident forms, surveys, audits to establish root causes and together with Supervisors and Managers concerned, formulate a plan of action to correct non-compliant behavior or conditions.
    * Conducting of company's safety orientation program for new employees or returnees prior to the mobilization to the project site. Conducting Emergency drills, fixing the date of emergency drill and communicating with all crew.
