- Submitting in a timely manner the Monthly , Quarterly and annual Financial reports (Statutory , IFRS and US GAAP).
-Calculation of diffred tax and Corporation Tax returns and declarations: IS, CM, RAS, Legal and professional fees and Paid Dividends.
- Budget management: preparation and validation of the annual budget, Monthly explanation of the variances Actual/Budget and Quarterly forecasts and Adjustments.
