    Courbevoie 2014 - 2017 Implementation of a program to modernize Budget, Markets, Advisory reporting by using the Microstrategy BI tool, I worked in collaboration with a consultant (Microstrategy Integrator), a PMO, business partners, I had under my responsibility , a developer and a consultant, here are the different tasks performed in this project:
    • Training of the business teams in writing the expressions of needs and specifications.
    • Assistance to the bussiness writing the functional specifications.
    • Drafting of technical specifications.
    • Technical training on Microstategy.
    • Implementation of a data collection and integration project.
    • Implementation of 3 data warehouses and a datamart (SQL)
    • Animation of the different committees project, security, architecture.
    • Development of dashboards and specific in the tool.
    • Specific development in Microstrategy due to internal security constraints.
    • Delivery of the different lots and follow-up.
    • Unit testing and business test support.
    • User documentation.
    • Participation to the various architecture and security committees.

  • Kpmg - Consultant Business Intelligence

    Courbevoie 2013 - 2014 Implementation of a KPMG Information System redesign project, the objective of this project was to automate the financial reporting for Top Management, the reporting dedicated to the management of incidents in the Ticketing tool, the reporting used at Within the Markets teams using the Microsoft BI suite, here are the different tasks performed in this project as well as the project team composition:

    • The project team consisted of myself and an interlocutor for each business area.
    • Collection and integration of data from different sources (Remedy, SAP, Excel files, Statistics ...).
    • Assisting the profession in writing the functional specifications.
    • Drafting of technical specifications.
    • Design and development of over 39 SSIS batches.
    • Development of more than 34 reports and dashboards on a SharePoint collaborative site.
    • Migration of 5 MS-Access DBDs including SAP data to a SQL database and integration of data from 125 different sources (TXT> 100go).
    • Developing SharePoint lists and forms with InfoPath 2013.
    • User documentation.
