    Improved substantiallly account receivables ratios and implemented On Guard package.

    Revamped stock obsolescence calculation to reduce provision
    Reduced operational expenses by use of ERA
    Improved drastically the reporting package and spread its use by responsible managers
    Introduced teamwork-efficent budgetting and planning techniques
    Managed a seamless Y2K conversion.
    Managed efficiently two ERP conversions (for F&A department).
    Implemented advanced hedging techniques saving substantial amounts of money and improving strongly predictability of costprices.
    Managed during two years the ICT department and led it through transformation from outsourced to a self-managed structure.
