• Ensure the ICT compliance of the 9 member associations
• Design and ensure the accuracy of ICT KPIs
• Contribute in developing global strategies and policies
• Ensure the implementation of the global ICT strategy and the ICT policies and standards in the region
• Lead the budgeting and planning processes for the ICT function in the region
• Plan and manage the capacity building of the ICT staff in the region
• Plan and manage ICT4D projects in the region in order to raise the efficiency of our programmes
• Lead and manage the procurement process in the region and in the international office of MENA region
• Perform an ICT marketing and Lobbying and raise the awareness among the top management In the member association
• Represent the region in international summits and events
• Coordinate and collaborate with other NGOs in ICT related topics
• Write projects proposal for new ICT4D project and submit proposals for institutional giving
• Ensure the ICT reporting for the region.

2011 - 2013• Support and monitor the implementation of the global ICT strategy, ICT Security, Business Continuity Management in the member associations.
• Contribute to the definition of global and regional ICT Security, BCM, and Connectivity policies in the region and ensure its implementation.
• Manage day to day issues with suppliers (quotations, selection, order, technical support and warranty follow up) in the International office of MENA region.
• Manage and develop regional collaboration and communication systems.
• Support the roll out of the various software and business application in accordance to the Global Roadmap for ICT Standardisation.
• Drive the implementation of ICT Security, BCM, QoS and Network Management concepts within the region special focus on global and regional systems accessibility.
• Conduct researches and organise trainings/webinars about latest technology, hardware and tools and advice the MAs.
• Provide IOR staff with regular training on IT applications and security issues
• Ensure the helpdesk for the International office of MENA region and in all the member associations.

Analyse des clients cibles, prospection de nouveaux clients, développement et suivi de relations clients, évaluation des besoins clients, réalisation des offres techniques et commerciales, négociation des offres.
Mission 2 : Gestion et coordination de projets
Allocation de priorité de projets, évaluation des budgets prévisionnels, étude des ressources nécessaires, suivi des étapes du projet, contrôle la tenue des délais et du planning, rédaction de rapports et des cahiers de recettes, coordination des relations clients.
Mission 3 : Réalisation des projets
Réalisation de projets de mise en place de plateformes collaboratives et de projets de développement, rédaction de procédures et manuelles d’exploitation.
Mission 4 : Support technique pour les clients externes
Support administratif et applicatif (Lotus Domino R6 R7 R8.5, Lotus Sametime, Lotus Traveler).
