    Linked to the last activities, I have moved to Stuttgart to be closer to my main customers. The main activities were directly linked to the customer issues and project management by a day to day customer contact and good relationship acquired in my previous position.
    * Development of customized solution for the customer.

    Technical discussion in the aim to propose the best compromise in term of Cost - Quality- Delay and place as much as possible Valeo product on the best place by influencing specification and customer request
    * Sales management.
    Regular sales meeting to solve economical issues (prices, modifications...) and have lobbying opportunity to develop customer portfolio and Valeo business. Offers for new business...
    * Solving of warranty issue.
    Root cause analysis, sales negotiations and modification implementation with car manufacturer agreement.
    * Technical ``Audits'' and advising to ongoing project in European division of VEC.
    Regular meeting to help project team to solve technical, financial, project or customer issue.
    I was also expert for the fan system expertise center : I was advising several projects on-going or future development and it permitted me to acquire real project management abilities and understanding of complex sales issues.

    In an advanced project team, I have designed an electronic controller for a thermal regulation valve on engine cooling system placed on a demonstrator vehicle. This driver was embedded and integrated in vehicle for test purpose and customer shows (main technical constraints : vibration, underhood with 120°C, controlled with CAN Bus...).

    I was in this experience in charge of the design and development of engine cooling electrical fan system from acquisition phase to serial life following.
    These activities were meaning frequent customer meeting and strong negotiation to avoid vehicle recall.

    Overview of the main tasks :

    * Quality crisis management.

    Problem solving and technical negotiation with the customer, modification and implementation of solution..
    * Support during the project development.
    Reviewing of specification, validation plan, PPAP presentations and negotiations with O.E.M...
    * Development with ``embedded'' providers.
    Design review, process audit, risk analysis.
    * New project quotation.
    Customization of Valeo products. Support within sales team in aim to have the better offer and win markets.
    * Benchmarking or reverse engineering of product and technical support of internal lab.
    Technical assistance for EMC tests or specific electric tests.
    * Fan System development.
    Conception, validation, industrialization of the last Mercedes Sprinter fan system.
    Ford Fiesta fan system development.
    Development and validation of the electronic PWM** controller for class A4, A6.
    ** PWM : Pulse With Modulation (shape of the signal used to made varying fan speed)

    I had to create the motion and control of a trolley position included in an assembly line. P.Z.L. design and produce helicopters, gliders and it is also a major subcontractor for aeronautic parts. It was a multi-cultural environment and a good opportunity to develop my skills in real time processing.

    During this experience, I was confronted with a strong work environment : electrical maintenance in heavy industry. Maintenance work was undertaken on the electronic and power electronic equipment (Forklifts, foundry fan equipment, conveyors....). It was needed to have an extensive mechanical, electrical knowledge and managerial aptitude to fulfill the level of the tasks. It was also my first management experience (4 contractors under my responsibility).
