     Participates in the Reward Management processes (Salary Review, Short Term Incentives,..)
     Ensure Data accuracy within the Group HR Information System for the C&B data, and manages corrective actions.
     Participates in the Job evaluations process, its implementation and communication

    -I choose for my second experience in Paris , the Yield Management Department which is very interesting domain in straight coordination with Commercial and Marketing department .
    We were responsible of both hotels , DREAM CASTLE & MAGIC CIRCUS @ Disney Land PARIS ,then we handle 800 rooms ; 397 for each hotel .
    - Explore the problems encountered the low revenue to adopt and provide strategic analysis to optimize the revenue of both hotels and ensure that they are in line with the market. to enhance the global revenue .
    - Send weekly reports and transmit informations to the headquarters, compare the results with last year and explain the discrepancy in the budget if it is not achieved .
    -Identify the different seasons to choose the best strategy for each period. Make daily compliance of the main directives
    An excellent experience which allowed me to get a commercially mind and to be analytical.
