  Deep performance analysis for speech drops in the capital for RAN and TN; starting with analysing number of drop and speech drop in RNC/cell level, correlating drop figures with availability figures.
  Preparing the performance reports for 2G/3G, Core CS and Core PS based on the contractual KPIs, adopting the performance reports and tools to be flexible and efficient for 24/7 monitoring and defining clear performance monitoring and analysis procedure. The setup had been performed on Ericsson Standard tools (ENIQ) and customer performance tool (MyCom-ProOptma)
  Analyzing the speech drop reasons for 2G and 3G, analyzing the RRC/RAB blocking reasons, IUB congestion, cell/IUB availability, IUB frame loss, CE utilization.
  Monitoring 2G, 3G and LTE radio Network (RTTS, Business Object, ProOptima, ESAT Web Tool).
