    2009 - 2015 Responsible for managing all operations which involves taking responsibility for Profit, Revenue, Cash, Production, Quality, Environment and Occupational, Health and safety targets.
    Turnover estimated at 40 million EUR in 2014 and Operating Profit at 24%.
    Cement manufacturing operations comprising 1 integrated cement plant, 1 cement terminal and blending station with total production capacity around 450'000 tons with 1 million EUR CAPEX.
    3.5 million EUR for Own personnel expenses involving 265 persons.

    Key challenges:
    * Ensure the image and reputation of the company at ministries, official, suppliers and customers level by ensuring compliance to Holcim policies ( competition laws and anti-bribery and corruption directives)
    * To create confidence at the highest level of the authorities, to organize meetings with top management of Holcim Group
    * Develop strategies including franchise channel `` Manorina'' to ensure profitability improvement as per Holcim Road Map in a very competitive market ( more than 40 cement brands in the market)
    * Franchise network implemented as per Roadmap ;
    * Maintain market share at 65%

    Main achievements:
    * Operating Profit, 20% in 2015, increased by 25% versus 2013 and market share stabilised at 63%. ;

    Zürich 2004 - 2009 Responsible for managing a join venture ( 51% Holcim Group and 49% local building materials company) , all operations which involves taking responsibility for Profit, Revenue, Cash, Production, Quality, Environment and Occupational, Health and safety targets.
    Turnover estimated at 30 million EUR in 2014 and Operating Profit at 16%.
    1 cement terminal, capacity 600'000 tons/y with 50 persons.

    Key challenges:
    * Ensure implementation of Holcim Group roadmap with minor shareholder, board of diretors and general meetings management
    * Ensure the image and reputation of the company, create confidence at the highest level of the authorities, official, suppliers and customers level by ensuring compliance to Holcim policies ( competition laws and anti-bribery and corruption directives)
    * Develop a strategy to ensure cement price liberalization. ( Cement prices were regulated by government)

    Main achievements:
    * Financial targets improvement achieved through compensation agreement with government
    * Holding's restructuration as per shareholders' agreement
    * Documentation paving the way for cement price liberalization
  • INTERBULK TRADING - DIRECTOR

    2002 - 2004 DIRECTOR INTERBULK TRADING BANGKOK (ITALCEMENTI GROUP)
    Director of the representative office in charge of all export operations in Asia and Middle East region from Italcementi Group cement plant inThailand and India as well as some local regional producers.
    Turnover 90 million US$ yearly
    Export of 3 million tons of clinker and 500'000 tonnes of cement
    1 export manager and 2 administrative staff

    * Creation of an office in charge of export activities in Bangkok ;

    * Set up the Grinding Mill join venture project in Vietnam, half million tons capacity
