  • Dell - EMEA Sales Operations & Finance – EMEA Cloud Client Computing

    MONTPELLIER 2014 - maintenant This role includes the management, administration, tracking and payout of the EMEA CCC sales team. It acts as the primary point of contact between the sales, Dell Wyse legacy distributors and Finance team.

    Responsibilities:

    - Subject matter expert on CCC compensation for EMEA team
    - Manage the manual submission process (claims) for EMEA team
    - Audit of large deals and monitors claims for Finance CCC team

    - POC between Finance team and the Dell Wyse Legacy Distributors
    - Manage Sales out (Dell direct, resellers or distributors) and Inventories reports
    - Work with Finance Controller for Pricing, Credits and Rebates

    - Provide daily and weekly Outlooks and Forecasts to Regional Sales Directors and Supply Chain team about Wyse Thin Clients, Desktop Virtualization (DVS) and vWorkspace products.

    - Working closely with FP&A team and business leaders to drive EMEA level outlook reviews/Forecasts
    - Work with FP&A team on all capturing and analyzing compensation metrics and reports
    - Work with Route to Market (RTM) team to capture all the sell-in and sell-out (Channel partners, distributors & resellers of Dell products.

    - SPOC between business leaders and Data management team for collecting alignments rules for CRM(Salesforce)
    - Also working with Local Sales Operations team to map CCC team on new Go to Market (GTM)
    - POC for all Data Management Issues and Compensation issues (Escalations)
    - Monthly pricing update for Wyse Sku and Software & Peripherals products (Negative Margin, Launch and EOL)

    Key Stakeholders: Sales team and Leaders, Distributors, FP&A, Finance Controller, Supply Chain and Data Management
  • Dell - Data Steward – EMEA Data Management

    MONTPELLIER 2011 - 2014 Direct POC for Sales & Data Management -> Accountability for all data changes & change control relating to Affinity, SFDC & OMS/GII. - Segments: Public Accounts, Large Institutions, Mid-market accounts and Commercial Small Business.

    Responsibilities:

    - Support EMEA sales organization with accurate alignment of RM/Affinity/SFDC sales tools
    - Support EMEA with processing coordination of all Quarter change efforts
    - Forecasts and analysis of large change volume and accounts churn

    - Support Quarter change efforts to ensure accurate and timely sales inputs from EMEA sales leaders
    - Daily management of SFDC/Affinity accuracy of EMEA core team alignments (ISR/AE/S&P/TSR/SC).
    - Regular Coaching about sales tools for sales people
    - Coordinate and communicate resolutions to issues on a daily basis back to EMEA sales.

    - Work with Finance to support timely and accurate delivery of quotas by the end of Week 1
    - Work with SCP team to make sure correct flow up of attainments for direct and indirect business
    - Work with Marketing to support accurate alignment of Account Plays and Relationship Leads in SFDC

    - Build relationships with EMEA sales organizations to be a trusted advisor
    - Develop metrics and KPI to follow and track data quality
