Randall ROGERS

Sin-le-Noble

En résumé

I am a seasoned leader with a proven track record of top tier performance, consistently delivering breakthrough results. Recognized for building highly engaged, high performing teams.

In January of 2012 I made a career change after being asked to join the the human resources organization as a Talent Acquisition Leader. In this new role I led the successful launch of a new Center of Excellence (COE) supporting 2 of Ingersoll Rand's largest businesses. I built a high performing team and worked closely with our customers to launch the COE early to plan, implementing talent acquisition standard (best) practices and exceeding aggressive goals in speed (time to fill), quality and cost.

In my role as Director of Program Management, I led a global team of program management professionals driving strategic initiatives, process improvement, operational excellence and productivity. The team delivered over $1 Billion dollars in productivity over a 5 year period.

At General Electric Plastics, I rose quickly through the ranks within the logistics and supply chain organization, earning my Six Sigma Blackbelt in 2000. I was a recognized leader in building high performing teams and consistently delivering on stretch objectives.

My goal is to continue to grow in challenging roles where I can make a difference to the team I lead and to deliver breakthrough results for my organization....all while having fun!
