    o Increased total output from 24,000MT/month to more than 48,000MT/month. Without any CAPEX (only by remodellng flow diagrams and removing bottlenecks from operations)

  • Agthia Group - Mill Manager

    2012 - 2015 Main Responsabilities:
    * Managing two feed mill plants: Large animals and Poultry ;
    * 1 Buhler plant with 4 production lines (large animal pellet line, processed grains, flaking line, grain mix line) otal capacity of 600T/day, Semi automated.
    * 1 mixed Ocrim and Buhler plant with 4 production line (3 poultry lines, 1 grain mix line) total capacity of 1100T/day, fully automated.
    * More than 100 direct and indirect reportees ;
    * Managing quality and formulations of feeds
    * New projects and upgrading ;
    * Reporting to Agri Business Division Operations Director ;
    * Achivements:
    * Installation of 600MT/day feed mash line ;
    * Installation of 2 automatic palletizers (1000 bags/hours)
    * Installation of 3rd poultry feed pelleting line (160MT/day)
    * Increased OEE from 76% to 87.9%. ;

  • Grands Moulins de Skhirate - Operations Manager

    2011 - 2012 Main responsabilities:
    * Two fully automated BUHLER flour mills of 230 MT/day and 330 MT/day of soft wheat grinding capacity and one fully automated BUHLER Mill of 240 MT/day of Durum wheat grinding capacity, for a total of 800 MT/day.
    * Grain storage (34,000 MT capacity in steel and concrete silos)
    * Bulk flour storage (1,200 MT capacity) ;
    * Packaging (3 Paglierani machines and 04 Buhler machines) and delivery (bags and bulk flour)
    * Maintenance (mainly Buhler equipments from intake trough packaging)
    * Quality Control (Laboratory and test bakery) ;
    * Supervising shift personnel (total of 100 workers) ;
    * Reporting to Managing Director
    * Achivements:
    * Implementation of preventative maintenance and spare parts management system. ;
    * Improvement of flour yield: from 76% to 79% on B-Mill and from 75% to 78.5% on A-Mill. ;

  • Grands Moulins de Dakar - Head of Manufacturing

    2005 - 2011 Main responsabilities:
    * Managing operations of both flour and Feed mills. ;
    * Two soft wheat mills (mixed GBS and Buhler equipments) of 420 MT/day grinding capacity each and one fully automated soft wheat mill (mixed OCRIM and BUHLER equipments) of 500 MT/day grinding capacity, for a total of 1,340 MT/day.
    * Ship unloading and silos, Production, Maintenance, Warehousing and dispatch
    * Two feed mill lines of 150MT/day and 250 MT/day pelletizing capacity (PROMIL and SPM equipments) ;
    * Reporting to Operations Manager and acting as Operations Manager three months in a year.
    * Achievements:
    * Successful commissioning of flour mill capacity expansion (250MT to 500MT/day)
    * Diversification of flour product portfolio from 2 SKUs to 12 SKUs
    * Implementation of HACCP analysis and control programs ;
    * Flour yield increase to 80%+ versus budget of 78%. ;
    * OEE increased by 7.2% without any investment or additionnal equipment. ;
