    The Arab League is a regional organisation of Arab states in North and Northeast Africa, and Southwest Asia (Middle East). The Arab League currently has 22 members and four observers. The main goal of the league is to "draw closer the relations between member States and co-ordinate collaboration between them, to safeguard their independence and sovereignty, and to consider in a general way the affairs and interests of the Arab countries.

    The Arab League facilitates political, economic, cultural, scientific and social programs designed to promote the interests of the Arab world. It has served as a forum for the member states to coordinate their policy positions, to deliberate on matters of common concern, to settle some Arab disputes. The League has served as a platform for the drafting and conclusion of many landmark documents promoting economic integration.

    Objectives:

    Research conference topics and produce commercially viable events ( Business continuity & Risk, Retailers, IT security, Online Finance, Data Centre and European pensions )
    Identify speakers at senior level and build relationships with the industry’s key contacts
    Create & design an excellent conferences program ( brochure, website, e-blast, Advert )
    Create & design a Marketing & Strategy plan for each events
    Research, write & produce a minimum of 12 business conferences per annum
    Produce each event to the highest quality possible within 1months,
    Line up at least 12 to 26 potential speakers per event include the conference chair
    Ensure deadlines are met and production targets achieved and exceeded
    keep the Publisher director fully informed and aware of the progress of each conference and any problems
    Maximise event profitability
    Work with Sponsorship, passing on leads and suggesting potential sponsors.
    Marketing, providing all marketing material relevant to the conferences, attracting potential delegates, making suggestions of associations, societies and journals suitable for external marketing activity.
    Display the conference information on the web site and that the material is correct and up to date
    Manage and support the events team to generate quality resultants, through building up their confidence, motivating them to work and improving their skills.
    Conducting detailed response analysis and formulating targeted marketing strategies
    Creating and executing innovative integrated marketing plans to promote exhibitions
    Responsibility for marketing budgets and all marketing campaign financials
    Forging long-term marketing partnerships with associations and publications
    Using a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, online PR & SEO
    Managing and developing the websites and other new media opportunities
    Moving customers up the advocacy ladder and engaging with them using interactive and content led marketing techniques
    Establishment of effective working relationships with speakers and sponsors to gain their buy in to promote our events through podcasts, webinars and webcasts
    Data management: managing internal data processes, list build strategies and sourcing new and innovative data
    Formulating communications strategies, including writing of promotional copy
    Establishing close working relationships with vendors
    Working closely with other internal departments to achieve project objectives
    Contributing recommendations to management on the strategic direction of exhibitions based on analysis
    Developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet agreed event strategic objectives
    Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and produce an effective and engaging marketing plan Overseeing multi-channel online and offline marketing activities to achieve frequent, timely and effective event promotion and measure campaign effectiveness

This will be filmed from the 16 - 22 September 2010 in Milan and Rome.This documentary will be shown by the Somali TV which will give an editorial coverage with an audience of 8 million and many more online news.
