The New Orbital Highway 3 Contract (NOH3, $1.7bn) is a 56 Km portion of expressway with 5 main interchanges located to the west and south of Doha City.
Project Manager for VSL that was awarded the Sub-Contracts ($53m) for the precast segmental construction of the interchanges (Pre-casting, Erection and Post-tensioning of the segments) of the Ramps and Main bridges.

Construction manager, in charge of the construction of 50 bridges (Overpass and underpass) out of 170 on the Project and global management of all 170 bridges Equipements (Safety barriers, mouvement joints, cladding, etc.) following up on major suppliers and subcontractors and ensure compliance.
Construction Manager responsible for the construction of the 22km of Noise barriers, including 6000+ piles and fondations, 60000sqm of acoustic screen made of recycled plastic.
