    I ensured a successful transition of Shell Madagascar into Vivo Energy Madagascar. I brought my support to the Managing Director and managed the actions plans and overall project (IT, Finance, Supply&Distribution, Commercial fuels, Retail network, Retail sites brand remediation, De-branding/rebranding, Legal, etc.). I ensured that all actions were completed on time and any issue escalated; I also managed, motivated and followed up all actions parties in order to deliver through people.

    2009 - 2011 In charge of Botswana, Madagascar, Mauritius and Namibia in terms of management of accounts receivables and risks. I supervise a total portfolio of more than 2,000 customers representing 50 Million USD of A/R(sales turnover of 900mln$).
  • Shell Madagascar - Credit Manager

    2008 - 2009 A move to a strategic sector such as the oil industry is important to me as it is even more challenging and demanding. I am managing the debt recovery of a portfolio amounting more than 7 million Usd. My task is to supervise the actions of the sales department in debt recovering, the risk assessment and evaluation (weight risk and not being risk averse) of each customer of the company and implement the Global Credit Policy of the Multinational Shell Petroleum.

    2006 - 2007 My aim was to move to an operational level where my management skills and supervision skills will be challenged even more. I do have under my direct supervision 15 people and I co-ordinate along with the Front Office Manager the management of 171 rooms generating a revenue of not less than 400,000 Usd per month. I supervise the arrival, departures, billing, respect of the brand service standards. my job is also to co-ordinate all the services so that they work seamlessly. the job goes hand in hand with all the other departments, so it requires a lot of helicopter view, a global understanding of the business before going into details. the objectives for this year is consistent quality, increased profit, motivated team member and last but not least guests who are more satisfied.

My job was to sensitize the members, prospect, to follow up meetings, loan grantings, and loan refunds. I also had the opportunity to work at the operational level and oversee the daily bank operations.
