  • United Hydrocarbon Chad Ltd. - Snr Logistics Specialist

    2013 - maintenant Totally fluent, oral and written, in French and English in addition to the local Arabic.

    Follow-up the regular delivery of cargos (Air & Sea) from the arrival clearance and load point up to the final destination, Belanga oil site /South Chad.

    Coordinate the exportation of samples (oil & Rock) out Chad to various destination included the regular transfer of materials between Ndjamena and oil site at Belanga.

    Leaded United Hydrocarbon road survey mission in sept 2014 from Ndjamena up to Rig-
    Rig Oil site located in Lake Chad basin/north West of Chad.

    Leaded the demobilization of Schlumberger heavy drilling materials /equipment back to
    customs quarantine yard in kome Base camp.

    Actively participated to the annual asset inventory of materials/equipments stored in the
    main UHCL Warehouse in Belanga site.

  • USAID -PDEV II Chad. - Operations & Logistics Manager

    2012 - 2014 Reached the annual objective of Operations and Logistics KPIs forecasted and this allowed the approval for next year Country Operation program.

    Sourced and contracted five (5) regional field-offices to open the program activities.

    Sourced and signed subcontract for goods, services (Telecom, vehicle and generator maintenance, cleaning, water, electricity, security gards for the HQ and field office) ensured terms, conditions and updated into the Cost point Pay system. 

    Conducted the operations and Logistics annual budget for USAID HQ approval.

  • Millicom International - Corporate Manager

    2009 - 2012 Designed the corporate commercial structure, managed and implemented in Millicom
    International Chad.

    Drafted the KPIs and ensured the corporate annual revenue insurance up to 92.5%.

    Innovated new corporate products and sales (GPRS vehicle tracking and E1 data
    transfert) to NGOs;UN Agencies, Oil companies coupled with the sale of postpaid service against prepaid in Millicom International Chad dedicated to VIPs, NGOs and Companies with specific billing plan.

  • DHL INTL - Sales & customer Manager

    Roissy en France 2008 - 2009 * Implemented the commercial structure forecasted for Chad operation.
    * Put in place the recruitment criteria of new corporate clients and the client portfolio
    management.

    * Increased the annual business revenue up to 72 % and created the customs clearance
    activities to deliver the taxable goods carried in express by DHL.

  • UNHCR -CHAD - Supply Assistant /Procurement

    2005 - 2007 procurement, UNHCR -Chad, * Sourced and contracted big factories in Cameroon (NOSA etc...) for the delivery of Soaps
    as well as the heavy transport of goods for the refugee camps in East and south Chad.
    * Conducted local and international procurement of goods and services for UNHCR
    program activities in Chad.
    * Constituted the UNHCR major vendor data for the migration into the actual UNHCR billing
    system.

  • UNICEF - Supply & Logistics consultant

    Paris 2004 - 2005 * Coordinated the distribution of school boxes in all the refugee camps /East and South
    Chad during the emergency period.
    * Conducted the annual inventory for UNICEF field office and putted in place the stock
    management procedure/administration in the subfields offices.
    * Recreated and trained the Junior Logistics Staffs, this contributed to limit the waste and
    loose of program equipments and materials.

  • SUBSAHARA SERVICES INC - Assistant Logistics Coordinator

    2001 - 2004 * Participated to the sourcing; evaluation and recruitment of the potential vendor in
    Cameroun side to reinforce the supply speed of construction activities to meet the project
    milestones.
    * Manage, followed the transport and customs Brokers' subcontractors to speed up the
    clearance of goods and deliveries on site.
    * Played in important interface between the project and the government agencies/ministries
    in Chad and the cross Chad Cameroun boundaries, this facilitate the movement of oil
    supplies in accordance with the laws and regulations relating to procurement of goods
    and services.

  • Celtel Tchad - Customer Care Representative & Cellular Phones ITS support

    JOUE LES TOURS 2000 - 2001 * Participated to the call drive test to ensure the efficiency of the network coverage as the
    Chad Ministry of Telecom requirement for the implementation of Mobile international
    Cellular Company.
    * Proved an efficient Cellular Phones ITS support for coporates client (English speakers).

  • Chad Evasion Travel Agency - Assistant Travelling and Tour Operator Manager

    1999 - 2000 .Guided Teams around Lack Chad and the North Mont areas for Archeological search and
    this make Chad Evasion Travelling Agency an Agency that responded to the international
    touristic norms.
