    -Drafting and negotiation of the commercial agreements with the partners in the projects (NDA,MoU, JVA, PDA,CA,etc.)
    -Preparation of the Risk Analysis of each business opportunity and assessment of the contractual terms of the tender documents in order that the contract signed with the client complies with the risk profile of our company.
    -Coordination with other departments in the company (Tax, Finance and Technical ) for the submission of the offer.
    -Elaboration of different analysis: Montecarlo, Termination curve,Risk quantification,etc.
    -Review of all kind of contracts ( EPC,O&M,WPA, PPA,SHA,etc.)
    -Elaboration of the insurance budget of each project.

    2. Participation to request for information RFI to choose the best suppliers in the Market for our technical project.
    3. Preparation of the request for proposal RFP with focus on technical details.

    5. Participation to the contractual, financial and technical negotiation with suppliers and partners.
    6. Monitoring and controlling the quality of work delivered by suppliers.
