Collaborator in the IN service, I work on billing solutions for telecom operators with added value services (voice, SMS, data) in relation with the final customer.
I am in charge of maintenance for the Orange Botswana project, I follow-up maintenance tickets, I assure communication, support and technical assistance for the customer, I organize regular meetings between the project team and the client, I am the Back-Office / Front Office / L2-L3-L4 teams / Customer coordinator, I plan interventions on customer site. In parallel, I contribute to the construction and installation of new features and management of crisis situations.
Former collaborator of Orange Madagascar project, I attended an extension of the solaris platform in 600 CAPS to bear the burden of 400 000 new subscribers.
