• Ensuring all divisions within the manufacturing area are properly staffed and co-ordinated to perform duties effectively.
• Oversee all operations and logistics of the plant and maintain financial discipline.
• Maintain a high quality consciousness
• Ensuring compliance to all group systems, guidelines & policies.
