    IPeuropAware, CIP program: project to develop intellectual property awareness raising services for SMEs in 20 national patent offices of Europe and in organizations working daily with SMEs.
    Coordination of two work packages (WPs) of the project: explain what is expected from the WPs, answer to the partner questions, collect the information from them, compile it and develop the project deliverables in time for the European Commission.
    Schedule, organize, chair and report on monthly follow-up meetings on the advancements of the project.
    Actively participate to the Scientific Consortium Coordination and the Management Board meetings preparing and presenting the advancements of the project.

    Installation, product testing and product start up in the Netherlands. Visit the site; prepare the intervention and all products. Problem solving during start up. Answer to costumer questions before / after the realization on site.

    Participation at the exhibition Intertrafic 2008 in Amsterdam: products presentation as well as performances and achievements. Prospecting customers from all around Europe.

    Research and development on the batch of products. CMOS image sensor programming. Integration of the code within the final product.
    Production test benches realization in order to test all electronic cards functionalities. Technical teams hardware and software training (radio communication modules, video, acoustic, optical focus setting up).

    2006 - 2006 Training on image acquisition in order to obtain images of the fuel getting out from the Diesel injector, for direct injection application: stroboscope, camera and injector synchronization. Images evolution in time or repetitive time images.
    Training on image processing: image characteristics calculation (lengths, angles, symmetry).
    Training on statistical analysis to check on the images regularity and repetitiveness.
