  I participated in the setup of the technical team in Ukraine (development, Q/A and support, site integration and Operations)
  I'm now managing a team of 13 people in two countries.
  I also work actively on the product strategy and development.

  My involvement on coComment started with Swisscom, at the very beginning of the project. I initially worked as a technical consultant and architect. Later, my involvement increased as technical team leader. I actively participated in the setup of coComment startup company acting as the CTO.

  2000 - 2003 Technical consultancy throughout the EMEA region (France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Spain, Israel) with activities on critical e-business projects based on BroadVision products.
  o Technical architecture and design for projects requiring high level of performances, resiliency and security.
  o Coaching of development teams: design (UML) development, testing.
  o Technical audit of projects: security, performances, resiliency, quality…
  o Emergency interventions on projects in critical state.
  
  Architecture and design of BroadVision Multi Touch Point product for applications based on standard web browser and on mobile devices (WAP, PDAs…) and specialized devices (Kiosk, iTV…). This solution was designed in collaboration with Ericsson HQ (Stockholm).
