Après 15 ans chez L'Oréal, dont 10 ans à l'international (Travel Retail Monde), où j'ai occupé la fonction de Business Unit Manager, et une brève expérience chez Yves Rocher, je serais heureux de contribuer au développement commercial international de votre entreprise. Pour cela, je mettrai mes compétences de lancement de marques, de construction de "business model" rentable et durable, de gestion de P&L, de key account management (compte clef), et de management d'équipe à votre disposition.   • L'Oréal - AREA MANAGER - L'OREAL TRAVEL RETAIL

    PARIS 2004 - 2009 Mission:
    - Key account for Heinemann, second operator worldwide in Travel Retail.
    - Increase turnover and optimise P&L in Germany and Eastern Europe (40 M€ retail)
    - Negociate commercial agreements, apply commercial and marketing strategy, develop our positions, recruit and animate Beauty Advisers (15 BAs)
    - Reporting to the Head of Commercial and General Manager.
    Main achievements:
    - Sharp increase of the L’Oréal Paris turnover by Heinemann : x2 between 2005 & 2008
    - Successful implementation of Flagships in Heinemann key airports: Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Istanbul. First brand to personalize its furniture in Istanbul.
    - Strong increase of our spaces in the core business: +20% more space in 50 main locations, through a break-through semi-personalized merchandising solution.
    - Implementation of an efficient animation strategy: negociation of 25 animation towers for key point of sales.
  • L'Oréal - TRADE MARKETING MANAGER - L'OREAL PARIS FRANCE

    PARIS 2003 - 2004 Mission:
    * Develop L'Oréal Paris Market Shares in Mass Market, by increasing assortments (novelties and core ranges) and space on following categories: shampoo, hair care, hair color, skincare and make-up.
    Main achievements:
    * Development of category management projects with Cora and Géant to fine-tune assortments and planograms for the hair care category (gain L'Oréal Paris: +5 points in share of assortment and share of space)
    * +20% space increase for L'Oréal Paris make-up.
  • L'Oréal - BUSINESS ANALYST - L'OREAL PARIS FRANCE

    PARIS 2001 - 2003 Mission:
    * Management of Sales Forecasts (singles, specific, and merchandising towers) in close relationship with the commercial, logistics, marketing and merchandising teams.
    Main achievement:
    * Revamp of all tools for better forecasts
