  Collaboratif and Social department is specialized in project management, integration development and maintenance of solutions based on "IBM Connections" and "IBM Websphere Portal".
  
  In order to support the existing developper team in Grenoble, I have to build a new team in Paris :
  - recruitment (sourcing, technical interview),
  - training,
  - performance review,
  - charge plan
  - reports to my manager.
  
  Developments :
  - Creation of portlets JSR286 with REST call to Connections API (integration of "IBM Connections" functionnalities in portal)
  - Improvement of data import software to "IBM Connection"
  - Automation of Connection Integration project (creation, packaging, deployement) with ANT
  - Refactoring project to made them Client customizable.

• Misys - Technical Leads

  Ploemeur 2010 - 2013 Technical leader on FX Portal Project (Front end portal for Foreign Exchange solution based on Opics Plus BackOffice)
  Lead of 2 to 8 offshore developers: (4 in London.,4 in Bangalore) in Complete end to end project.
  
  I joined the project in the middle of the development of the FX Portal prototype. I quickly took the lead of 2 developers after 3 months of work during the prototyping phase. Afterwards, we helped sales services to demonstrate the application to our first potential clients. We finally increased the team with 8 offshore developers in order to enhance the application for 4 clients, implementing their minimum requirements before successfully going in production.
  
  My responsabilities in the project were :
  - Estimates of task for new client enhancements request
  - Validation of enhancements with the Misys Portal product Owner
  - Plannification in collaboration with the Global Project manager of the project(Leads of Opics and Portal team for the project)
  - Keep and improve the Work environnment (continuous integration with jenkins ...)
  - Developpment of some functionnality.
  - Developper's leads (formation of new joiners, Respect of best practices, Guidance on new dev, Collaboration between the team)
  - Formation of Professionnal services on the Client deployement

• Misys - MDA : Generic Product

  Ploemeur 2010 - 2010 Development of one Product Generator :
  Usage of Acceleo,ATL and EMF to produce one generator of product.
  
  - investigation to choose the Generation of code technology
  - development of the Generator of code
  - development of one simple Eclipse plug in to manage the running generation.
