  • Renault - LCV Partnerships Finance Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2015 - maintenant I am accountable for all financial performance, including P&L and cash-flows, and report partnerships results to LCV business unit’s BOD.
    My products are the small, medium and heavy VANs segments and my customers/partners are leading global car manufacturers such as General Motors, Daimler-Mercedes, Fiat and Nissan. Annually, I pilot more than 1billion€ of turnover (vehicles sales) with additional 100million€ of R&D (cash-in due to R&D entry ticket sharing).
    In Renault, from Finance perspectives, I influence functions such as Engineering, Supply Chain and Purchasing and advise Regional teams such as in South America in developing new partnerships. With my counterparts in other companies, I negotiate and control finance issues. Having a global understanding of the partnerships, I learn and capitalize from the diversity of the business models and actors to improve Group results.

    Nota : I hired and managed 2 Apprentices.
  • Renault - Corporate Internal Auditor

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2013 - 2014 I was responsible to provide a clear analysis of operations and their alignment with Group strategy to Renault’s Top Management (the Audit function reports to the CEO). I assessed processes and their organizational risks, made recommendations and persuaded the stakeholders to implement the appropriate action plans, which I helped to design. Each mission lasted 5-6 weeks. For international missions, I lived in-country and spoke the local language (English, Spanish).
    I have audited all the major functions of Renault (engineering, manufacturing, sales & retail network, financing, support functions such as HR and Purchasing) and been in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Poland, Morocco, Germany, Spain.
  • Renault - Corporate Cross-functional Team

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2011 - 2013 A cross-functional team composed of about 15 high-potential Employees who reports directly to the COO / CEO. The team is in charge of transversal issues from analysis and benchmarking, challenges the various department functions about their “comfort” zones and proposes strategical recommendations to COO.
    I have worked for 2 cross-functional teams, the first one dedicated to setting process and KPI on Diversity topics (HR and communication issues), the second one dedicated to increasing the long term integrated profitability of all 3 branches - Automotive, After sales and Financing.
  • Renault - Operations Cost Controller

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2008 - 2012 Responsible for IT infrastructure and operational costs for Renault and Nissan Europe. About 2/3 of the Group’s activities were centralized and in my budget responsibility (150million€ of OPEX, 50million€ of CAPEX, department of about 200 internal employees). The other 1/3 were under my functional responsibility. I covered a variety of business models including long-term outsourced activity contracts, infrastructures leasing and investments, networks and telecommunications. I managed the performance in the difficult context following 2008 financial crisis, with many significant changes in organization and management.

    Nota : I managed functionally 1 person.
  • Renault - IT Project Manager for Logistics

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2008 Responsible to manage IT projects and IT outsourcing contracts for logistics running applications and new projects : quality, cost delivery responsibilities.

    Nota: I managed a project team up to 5 full time members for designing, developing and testing.
