• Systems Road‐map
• Update at regular basis DENIM & CTDI
• System Access Administration (Baldo)
• Provide Retail KPIs
• Provide Customer satisfaction data base
• Drive the new projects of systems
• Coordinate with Volvo Parts for LPA Implementation
• New Product Launch Preparation
